I called Art Wear with a last minute order for Father's Day. They had it done for me in two hours and it looked perfect! I was so grateful they helped me out. When I got there, I was also given a tour. It's amazing what they can do! I now have gift ideas for every occasion!Fantastic products and service! Highly recommended!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER. I say this without any embellishment while dealing with Anette. I had a jersey completed here a few years ago under the original owner and previous name of RMC Sports. I was content enough with the result and decided to return. I brought in a single jersey to have 6 letters heat pressed on the front and 2 numbers on the back that I required for my hockey team. After 5 phone calls and 1 email over a 3 month span, my jersey was still not completed. My 5th and last phone call was at the beginning of the week on a Monday. Anette told me I'd receive a proof and quote the following day for me to approve. So I still gave her a chance. I received nothing for 5 days and picked up my jersey on the friday to take elsewhere. Even upon picking up my incomplete item I received yet another excuse on how the machine was currently down. Oh? The machine was down? How about your computer? Is that down too? Because how could you even proceed with the work on my jersey if I have yet to a receive a proof of art work or quote of cost for me to approve? She had 3 months to complete this and I received blatant admissions of forgetfulness among other random excuses. As much as I truly try to promote a 'mom n pop' store, I would NOT recommend this establishment due to their unprofessional nature. Do yourself a favour and go else where. I would give ZERO stars unfortunately I'm forced to give at least one so that I can post this review of disapproval.

Brad, great guy, seems very honest and didn't try to sell us on his highest priced items. Gave us a honest opinion of what we need since we run a residential plumbing service and our work clothes do not last long.This guy is half the price if not more than the place in Westmount mall that does clothing printing and embroidery.We will continue to use his services and we are happy customers at this time.

I write this review with nothing but praise for Annette and Art Wear.I bought a blank adidas pro jersey on tuesday afternoon, PRAYING I would find someone that would be able to find someone that could do the professional cresting NOT HEAT PRESS. I called her and being in Edmonton she understood the urgency.Everywhere else is saying 4-6 weeks turn around time to get this done.Annette had this jersey FINISHED for me in time for the game on Friday. I was proudly wearing it at Rogers place when Kane scored his Hat trick against Calgary.Now I wouldnt suggest leaving it until last minute like I did because its a pretty tall order and I lucked out with my timing for the shop I believe, but she exceeded my expectations.Thanks SOOOOOOO much Annette!!!!

Got custom t-shirts done and Brad helped me make sure my art was optimized for the medium. Thanks for the extra time you put in to making sure my product turned out beautifully.
