Would like to start out by saying the office staff and hygienists are great, I did not have a single bad experience with them over the course of my treatment.I got my braces removed and I was not impressed with the result. I found a total lack of communication from the Orthodontist (who by the way switched half way through my treatment without any heads up). With both of them they would appear for about 2-3 minutes above my head barking their letter and number nonsense that of course makes no sense to me as I don't work in dental health. Zero communication about the plan of care, they did not seek any feedback from me and there was no opportunity to ask questions as once their hands were out of my mouth they disappeared. I understand they are busy but it really just presents as a braces factory. Unprofessional, especially for what you PAY.Before they had my money there were many promises about how great everything would be. They really made it sound like there would be ongoing consultation with the Orthodontist and we would work together to make me happy with the end results. Yeah...no.. once they got my account info and the payments all that went out the window.I would go to my dentist and have no answers to any of the questions he asked, I had no idea what was going on because all the appointments consisted of was slapping new hardware on my teeth as quick as possible and getting me out of there.Docbraces felt like the Walmart of the Orthodontist world. Stick to a smaller practice. I have several friends that have gone elsewhere and their smiles are much better, the care they received was better as well.
