The worst groom My dog has ever had. (Mini poodle)Positives: the staff was friendly and nice. The place is pretty cute, love the wallpaper! Price was good and option to book online is great! Save 10% on your 1st groom.Came here as they had a quick opening (my usual groomer was booked) and you could book online, score! But when I picked my dog up he had been completely shaven, which I expected, but his tail was also shaved down (something I’ve never seen and that looked absolutely horrible) and his shave was soooo uneven! Literal 1 inch tufts on his knees and in his armpits. A spot on his head that had longer hair next to a shaved to the skin spot. His paws were not done with any care, long tufts coming out from in between his pads and toes. A small matt still left in his armpit. Biggest red flag though was that when they brought my dog out to me, he had a giant eye booger left in his eye…like…whaaat!?!? His face had to be trimmed again my myself when we got home as it was so uneven, and even had some Sticky residue in his fur, that should have been scrubbed and brushed out…..I asked how my dog behaved and was told he did so GREAT and was totally fine! Soooo there goes that excuse for the sloppy chop.Everyone who saw my dog after was literally shocked that a professional did this…eek..
