Well I’m going to give one star, not much to rate as we setup up an appointment for an inspection & quote to fix the chimney. Eight weeks nothing. Then we received a phone saying we weren’t checked off and was wondering if we still wanted him to come look. I said yes, he said that the week was busy and he would get back to use to let us know when he could fit us in. That was two weeks ago. I know this might be a small job, but I’m a paying customer with a nonfunctional fireplace.

DON'T' HIRE THIS GUY!! Roger is Very irresponsible. Said he was coming over to put up a retainer wall for us. We called him several times and he just kept saying he will come next week. We had a terrible storm and were flooded again. We regret trusting him because he never did come and do the work that he promised he would do.

First he told me he would call be back in a week to schedule appointment then few weeks later I called him back a couple times with no answer. He returned my call a few weeks later and made a appointment then no showed. This was after months of trying to schedule something.
