I contacted Stanford auto centre when my Hyundai refused to start. Even if I was not scheduled for an appointment, they addressed the issue quickly, picked up the new battery themselve at the store to save me time, and fixed the battery cable with a creative lower cost alternative. I am very impressed with their overall experience and highly recommend them.

I have been bringing my older Jeep Grand Cherokee to Stanford Auto for 5 years now, and I would not bring it anywhere else. Being an older car, it requires regular maintenance and despite living 3 hours away, I make a point of only bringing it here. The customer service is exceptional- Adam and Noah are patient and polite, and take the time to explain the problems to me, while also honoring that I'm on a budget for repairs. They lay out a timeline of what and when issues need to be addressed, and prioritize the most important repairs. I always feel safer when I drive away.

Exceptional customer service. Very honest and friendly with no up selling. Went above and beyond. I live in Victoria but needed my car fixed quickly and they were able to fit me in right away. I would make the trip from Victoria to Stanford Auto for any of my future car repair needs. Five star rating without question.

Just had hip replacement surgery and couldn’t bend. Needed new fuse for sunroof. No wait , no charge. Great service and awesome people. Highly recommended.

Work was good, customer service was good, price was high end. Used them 10 yrs ago, they were excellent. Now different owners, disappointed the price was so high compared with others for same job.
