TuffHill eBikes

I've been commuting to work on TuffHill eBike for 8 months. 24km round trip. Works great from +30 to -30. Owners have been easily available for all my questions and tweaks along the way. Love the bike and all the quality accessories.

The bikes are a lot of fun, and very reliable. The test run was great, and we really enjoyed the ride and the guide.

Tuffhill has been superb! The E-bike has put the fun back in bike riding making my rides over Nose Hill enjoyable! Their personal service is exceptional, answering questions, delivering extras, and checking on our experience. My wife bought me the bike for my 70th birthday...now I'm going to have to buy her one!

I am very happy with the quality of the bike and the service that TuffHill eBikes has provided. I just had my one year service on the bike free of charge to have the bike running optimally .Sean and Brian have gone above and beyond .I have taken my bike on long rides in town and out of town ,like riding the Highwood Pass ( and I used only 30% of the battery power doing that) ,and Hwy 66 when traffic was still closed for cars. I have ridden to work , do errands in town and mostly just for fun and exercise. I can sure get up those tough hills no problem ,which really helps me with still being active even with arthritis in the knees. I can keep up with my husband no problem now and can go on much longer rides .Going on Nose Hill even on the gravel paths feels quite secure . With my set of winter tires , I can even ride in the winter. I can highly recommend a bike from TuffHill eBikes.

My wife and I bought each an e-bike from TuffHill. We could be happier. I wanted a high quality, urban bike for commuting, short errands and exploring the path system in Calgary. We worked with Sean who was super helpful and informative on the shopping process and never made us feel pressured in any way. Our after-sale support has been wonderful. We have been exploring areas of the city that we didn’t even know existed because we got the e-bikes. I love cycling and my wife enjoys it but was always feeling like she was holding me back when we would go out together. She gleefully passed me on a recent outing with a big smile on her face. The bikes will allow us to do more together as a couple, use our car less and encourage physical activity (we can go further than we would normally and are still getting a good workout). If you are considering a quality e-bike from a reputable vendor, look no further than TuffHill. Highly recommend you at least reach out and benefit from all the information they have to share.

What can I say about TuffHill e-bikes in a review? Only great things, specifically about Sean and Stephanie. I love biking but my knees needed some gentle treatment in order to keep riding. I tested their beautiful bike but it was not the proper ride for me considering my age and life circumstances. I was treated with respect and kindness by those two and directed to another bike that could be a better fit for my needs. I am so thrilled with my purchase, I have joined the e-bike community thanks to Sean and Steph. I am forever thankful to them for their help to navigate this crowded market. Anyone can feel confident that dealing with them will not include pushy sales tactics but you will be provided with great service to make an informed decision. And you will have new friends. I have used an e-bike with a chain and hub style motor for 5 years now, but I was curious to see what a mid drive belt style e-bike was like to ride.I booked a test ride with TuffHill eBikes and I must say I was not only impressed with these forms of technology, but also by the consideration given in the design of the the bike. It was clear to me that a great amount of care and attention to detail went into this bike design. I'm quite certain this will be my next e-bike (and will update this review when I get one).Update February 2023. I did in fact get a TuffHill ebike last year. I'm most of a winter riding season in and I would probably consider it my best purchase of 2022. I like the natural feeling of the pedal assist, the simple ruggedness of the belt drive system, the cruiser style handlebars that gets me into a more upright position, and how all the parts of the bike were clearly designed to work together.

I had Tuffhill Ebikes swap winter to summer tires and do a tuneup after 3600 kms. Got the bike back in 24 hours.Yesterday, I cycled from upper NE (Martindale) Calgary to Angel´s Cafe at Edworthy park and back, a distance of 49 km, and still had 63% battery remaining. I'm 77 years old with COPD. I'm impressed.

I love my TuffHill ebike! It allows me so much more range and it is no trouble to bike from the reservoir in the S.W. to my daughter's place in the N.W and back (25.6km) and still have lots of battery life --- and not be tired out. I use it more than my car in the summer months! The belt drive makes it easy to clean with a hose. I also like the built-in lock. There has been great, timely support whenever I have had any issues. It is extremely good value for the price and I'm so glad I bought it. All around excellence!
