First visit today there seemed to be too many lingerers, likely waiting for assistance from the very busy CS reps. Another customer pointed out another store for one of the items we were looking for.Second visit went a bit better, found help from someone other than another customer. This place was the only one open that had rope sizes we needed.Apparently we paid for 200 feet of rope, but the roll only had 139 feet.Dropped my review to one star for that.

Great service and nice staffs. Huge selection of everything you need the most for home repair, materials, and so on. Lots of free parking available on site.

Excellent selection in store, wonderful customer service and covid-19 safety protocols are top notch. I do find that their pricing isn't as good as it's competitors though. Can't speak for the quality of the contractor side of things but they have a huge warehouse for contractors looking for products.

John in the paint department provides outstanding customer service and was extremely knowledgeable on our inquiry. He went above and beyond helping us with everything we needed and took the time to help with every aspect of our project. He made our Rona experience amazing and we will be returning next time to see him!

Wish it was bigger so could carry more items in-store. Call me old-fashioned, but I still prefer to see a lot stuff in person before buying, so I can gauge quality & fit :)

Always great service! Wish I could remember ladys name that works on the floor. She is so amazing st her job! Went right out of her way last summer to help me order online and this winter helped me again by stopping whst she is doing and helping me find exactly what I needed. Left Happy both times
