Call It Spring

It was a great experience of shopping with call it spring and the girl named Hailey was really helpful and provided very good customer service. Thank you Hailey❣️

Their shoes looks good but it is not comfortable. I bought heels from them and didn't feel comfortable in them so tried to return them the next day and the accused me of wearing them and they can't return it. After arguing with them the finally agreed to return it. P. S. The shoes has never been worn out before!!!!

Went there on Boxing Day 2017, must say during all the chaos the customer service was great! Specially the guy named Arman(?) was so nice and helpful even though he had 10 people asking him questions at the same time. He couldn't find a product that I wanted on the system but went the extra mile to run to the back and double check for me. Even though I bugged him 3-4 times he was always pleasant. There was another girl with braces, She was so helpful as well and made sure she got my Mother the shoes she wanted. Thank you!

The worst service provided by the employee named Jahanvi. She doesn’t know how to treat customers has no skills and says that I am an assistant manager here. I would give her a big zero as she is such an ill-mannered girl who doesn’t know how to treat the customer.

Agreed to let me do an exchange on some unopened shoes after I told them the return period had ended. They let me try on some shoes then when I went to pay they said it was out of the return period (as I had already told them it was) and that they couldn’t do it. Waste of time. Learn to listen when customers tell you things.

Visit date JULY 19 2020 4:00PM- Worst customer service staff around, very rude and offensive. Was here once the malls opened up to do some shopping instead of ordering online to support local businesses. Went to several stores honoring social distancing rules of course and they were able to help me without an issue. When I ended up at call it spring it was very different I tried to look at an item the associate jumps at me saying dont touch anything. I questioned how can I check the quality or the size of the shoes? I was told you can buy it then check the size and fit as well as quality ( was also at Aldo earlier and they let me put on a special sock to try shoes on for sizing and quality). So I decided to take my business else where as I was leaving a purse that was on a shelf that was no where near us fell and I tried to do the right thing to pick it up and was yelled (literally)at saying I told you not to touch allready". Not sure if company policy but a policy that needs to be changed. And if it is policy maybe employee staff that knows how to communicate with potential customers. If I was asked to sanitize my hands I was willing to do so as I understand the current situation. Will never be returning to a Call it spring location again..."

I was there to see the new trend for the spring season on Mar 18 in the evening. Not once was I offered any assistance or a greet. Everytime I go to other locations in Toronto, I always get a greeting when entering the store and people more than willing to help. I thought sales were important to a store, however not to this store. I have been a loyal customer even before they changed the name from transit. Each year I buy two pairs of shoes from Call it spring but never thought emlloyees would be in such disregard for customers and more focused on talking to other fellow employees. Poor management causes employees to do as they please.

Poor customer service . Indian lady Janvi has poor customer service , no greeting to customer , very rude , unprofessional.

So, few days ago I got a pair of heels from them and then I decided to get a different colour. It was a matter of few minutes I went back to the store right away. There was a girl standing over there and I told here that I just came in here but I want a different colour. But they didn’t have that size (7.5)that I needed then I got different size(8) and she signed me up for the alert if any other store will have that size I’ll get notified. And I asked her do I need to get the transaction done again because I exchanged and she said that’s fine you don’t have to. Then when I went back to return those heels their worker denied to return it because the description of heel on the receipt didn’t match the pair I had. And she just didn’t denied it instead started arguing with me, when it wasn’t even my default. The worst service I have ever experienced. Their workers don’t know their job but they can shout at you for their own mistakes.

I had a very worst experience, i bought a pair of shoes from here and it was not comfortable so i wanted to return it back , in store assitant ask me the reason of return and i honestly replied that as i wore for 4 hours i felt discomfort and would like to return she explained that i have to call support line so i left the store and i started calling them i tried 7 times and they intensionally disconnected the line, now i went on website to have a live chat robots, when i inputed my order number there they said opps we cant find this order number for return. There is no way to return. I have never experienced such a poor service. Please dont visit this store
