Centra Windows Kelowna

Update:We just had Centra Windows come again and replace our old French door in our master bedroom with a new sliding patio door. Dennis and Bryan did an excellent job installing it. The sliding door was slightly smaller than our old door and they were able to build it in and make it fit and look great. Dennis and Bryan were very professional and we are very happy with the job they did.Original post:We just had new windows installed by Centra Windows. They did a fantastic job, the installers, Kyle, Glen and Nick were great. They were very polite and installation was quick and they cleaned up well after they were finished They went above and beyond in the installation. They accommodated us by swapping the location of 2 windows for us at no extra charge after we changed our mind on where we wanted them located.After the installation was completed, we were walked around to each window to make sure they all functioned properly and were shown how to take the windows and screens out for cleaning and they answered any questions we had. I would highly recommend Centra Windows.

When it comes to Centra Windows the crew containing Brian, Dallas, and Damon did a fantastic job with replacing the old and installing the new windows. They were on time, polite and a very friendly bunch of guys. When I noticed something needed to be done they did it quickly, promptly, and with out hassle. When everything was all done it looked great when I did a final look over and during the final walk through with Brian. And when they left they made sure everything was put back that they had to move and there was no scraps or lose nails or anything left on the ground. This is one outstanding crew of guys. If we ever get the bottom windows done we will def be get this company again.

We just had 22 windows installed - majority were replacements but also a couple of new windows added to our home. It was a huge decision, but we felt great from the start. Jake came to our home and took us through what the process would look like, and then 3 or 4 guys came to do a re-measure before officially ordering the product. They gave us an install date which was bang-on. And while the installation took over our whole home for more than a week, it was actually fun having the guys around! Kyle, Damon, Darren, Braden, Erik, Braden & Dallas spent a whack of time here, and they were the dream team. Super pleasant, seemed to enjoy their work or at least their team! They were incredibly conscientious and made it clear that minimal disruption and happy customers was their goal. They even blew dust off our driveway before leaving each day. We have a few little odds and ends to take care of which they were happy to schedule.We'll see what the hot sun and next winter's cold snap feel like... hoping for a big change! We're happy so far. :)

Had all my windows replaces with Centra, and the while process has been incredible and professional. Thank you to the crews for the install and love the appearance and look of the house now. I have noticed a huge difference in the before and after. From start to finish centra would go over what waa being done and if any issues arrived they would address them and keep me informed as to what was being done. Centra treats you line family, and takes pride in what they do. Thank you for the amazing job done and the window installation.

Good company to deal with! From initial estimate from Bryan to precise measurement appointment to installation. Professional, friendly .The installation team of Jesse, Fabian, and Jared arrived on the dot time wise . They were pleasant and helpful and cleaned up when they were done. And they were quick!Will definitely use Centra again for phase two of window replacement when ready! Thanks! Doug.

Brian, Dallas and Damon arrived on time and commenced work immediately. Brian clearly communicated the work schedule for the two days of removal and installation. The quality of the product and the professionalism of the crew was outstanding. I would not hesitate recommending this company to friends and family. Totally pleased with my new windows.

From start to finish this was a great experience dealing with Centra. I phoned, was visited in my home to discuss the windows, was given lots of info about the company, the windows, the work to be done. I was able to do docu-sign, & pay the down payment electronically. The windows were measured a second time; I was given an installation date; received a phone call the day before installation to confirm; the crew arrived as planned, and within 5 hours had 5 new windows installed. The floors were protected, clean up was done by the crew(even vacuumed up a glass bottle that I dropped), and it was as if they had not been here. While working on the installation the crew were friendly, chatting back and forth, there was laughter, and even some singing! this was the most pleasant stress-free experience. A big thank you to Jesse, Erik, Jarod, Bryan, and Dennis! And I LOVE my new windows! No more wrestling with windows in order to clean them...the screens are easily removed in order to clean the outside of the windows that open. I highly recommend CENTRA!

Second time dealing with Centra Windows! Great team both times and we have noticed an amazing difference in the temperature of our house this winter/summer. We received our report on gas and electricity use and they have both decreased over 15%! Special thanks to Jake our sales person and Brian/Dallas/Damon for the great install!!!
