I've used Elpro before and was happy with the inspection they did. Recently had an issue with my elevator door in my townhouse and they were able to fit me in during a break at another job. Fixed it quickly, didn't charge me and let me know about a recent recall on the elevator. Thanks Chris!

We have recently had a Savaria elevator installed in our new home by ElPro. Our experience with ElPro has been ‘first class’ from the moment we first met Chris to choose the elevator options to the install and commissioning by Steve and Will. The staff at ElPro are professional and a pleasure to deal with and the Savaria unit is well constructed. Elpro recently completed 2 elevators on a commercial project for me. As a major general contractor I've had the pleasure and displeasure of working with many different elevator installers over the years. The experience with Elpro was fantastic and just easy. The collaboration and willingness to work with us as a team really helped the project and installation run as smooth as their elevators do. Would highly recommend and look forward to working with them again.

Elpro installed a savaria elevator in my home. I knew Elpro was a little more expensive than the competition, but I choose them anyway because I was impressed the clear competence of Chris McClary, their Operations manager. our home renovation was a bit complicated and i was glad Chris was there to make sure the elevator shaft etc. was done well. Chris made suggestions for improvements to fit my goals and I am glad he did. Job well done!

Superior product and fantastic service! We had Elpro install an elevator in our new home. Chris was very attentive and professional. This company is extremely accommodating. I will definitely work with Elpro on any future builds. I don't often give a five star review but in this case it is very well deserved.

Dealing with ELPRo was a true pleasure! Always quick to respond to my calls or texts. Fixed several problems that the original installers, whom went bankrupt, had not been able to fix. As well, when we had a minor problem were quick and easy to deal with, explaining the problem and worked a solution so I and my elderly parents had a reliable and safe product to use. They helped my parents to continue having an independent lifestyle!Recommend them to anyone with an elevator.

Elpro was great right from the start, from planning and consulting with us, to finding the best model for our son's needs, to doing the extra adjusting to give us a bit more room. They even gave advice on how to build the shaft to fit what the elevator would need. Great people, to deal with.
