I chose to take my car to the Auto Clinic for the first time based on the good reviews here, and I was not disappointed. Julie and Don fit me in for a headlight fix the next morning, and then sorted me out for a larger repair the following week. They are both friendly and welcoming, and I felt comfortable speaking to them about my car.Julie dropped me off at work while my car was being repaired, and was also great to send me both reminder texts, and follow up texts as well to ensure everything was working well. Additionally, I felt that the cost of service was very reasonable!I would recommend Auto Clinic to anyone, and will certainly return to them for any other car fixes that arise!

Wow wow wow. What a service. I wish I could give them 10 ⭐✨. They were amazing. My car's blower motor was broken and they accommodated me at the last moment and finished the job to perfection. I am so happy I came here. Thanks again. Now I know for where to come for my auto related issues.

Don and Julie run an efficient and honest operation and I trust them with all of my vehicle repair and maintenance needs. Don will take you through any issues with your vehicle in detail and provide various options for repair. My family has several older vehicles, the oldest being a 2003 Rav4, and we've been bringing all of them to the Auto Clinic since we relocated to Guelph six years ago. Don and Julie operate an honest, no-nonsense auto shop and always provide a detailed assessment of our vehicles, along with service and cost options. On several occasions they've sourced aftermarket and wrecker parts for our vehicles, and clearly provide cost and warranty coverage for each service option they offer. Their estimates are always on the button and they communicate any surprises they come across when doing service. It's the only auto shop we will use, period. Keep up the great work Don & Julie and techs.

2003.Homda Accord EXWords can't express my gratitude towards the service, professionalism, and help Auto Clinc showed. I would give a 10 star if it was possible.My lower control arm bushing separated taking with it the driver side inner rod. The car was on 3 wheels, stranded after work in winter. Being somewhat shocked at what happened. Auto Clinic had my car towed, and looked after. They even went beyond and rerouted the power steering hose to the correct place. For someone who relys on their car, and who doesnt have the resources to simply buy another used car in todays market. They fixed my car, and got me back on the road the next buisness day.I highly recommend bringing your car there for service, inspection or preventive maintenance.

They're both lovely people and they operate a punctual, skilled, and honest business in the City of Guelph. Went in based on great reviews; to diagnose my aircon blowing warm air. Customer Service at front desk was 5* as I waited. Service on my vehicle was 5* and fast. I will definitely be using Auto Clinic for other auto services. Thank you Don and Julie and staff
