The doctors are good, but It takes months to get in to see a doctor. The receptionists are rude. To get ahold of a nurse for your child's dr is almost impossible. If you believe that your child has ADHD, autism anything like that, don't even bother asking here. Your doctor will give meds and that's it. My child has been coming here for 8 years and I have been pushing for 6 for a referral and I had to go to my family doctor because the dr here kept saying they couldn't do it. Funny my family doctor could fill out the referral in 2 minutes.

Great experience. Everything was very clean and the lady was delicate and painless. Will definitely come back and recommend.

In today's fast-paced world, it can be difficult to get a hold of someone in a timely manner. Unfortunately, this same level of difficulty often extends to our healthcare providers. Despite numerous attempts, it took me 4 months to finally get someone on the line. When I mentioned this to the receptionist, she dismissed my observation, rudely claiming all clinics are like this". Well

The one time we saw Dr. Pau she was great. She took the time to get to know my son. We were there for about an hour. However, trying to see her again has been impossible. Left a voicemail and didn't hear back. Front desk staff refuses to book an appointment. I need documentation for my child's exploration of an autism diagnosis and they say they can't give me that because she's only seeing him one. I said this is why I want to come in to talk to her to explain the impacts to his daily life. They kept telling me to take him back to the pediatrician that referred him to the autism assessment. I repeat multiple times that the reason we're seeing Dr. Pau is because his pediatrician retired to which the response finally becomes that Dr. Pau is only seeing my son for speech and not for ongoing care. I thought I had lucked out with a lovely, knowledgeable and understanding pediatrician but after my failed attempts the past couple of weeks to try to book an appointment, we will be looking and hopefully finding care somewhere else.

Dr. Teoh has overseen my daughter since she was born and I have only great things to say about him! He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain/listen to your concerns. I'm happy to know that my daughter is in good hands with him.

Worst clinic they don't care about their patients your basically just a number. Receptionists are very rude and the doctors are very unreliable. We've only seen our doctor 2 times our daughter is almost 8months old. They have canceled our appointment the last 4 times and tell us they will call to reschedule. When they call its a month later and they book you in 4 week later. And then when your appointment rolls around they call you to cancel. Is it normal that my daughter has yet to be seen in 6 months? We have also asked to see another doctor in the same office but they tell us we have to ask our doctor only thing is we can never even get in with her so how would we ask her if we can't even get an appointment? Very frustrating for a first time parent

Dr Angela Antoniac, sorry if I didn’t spell her name right. I met her for my sons follow up from the hospital and she is amazing! She was so great about everything and my concerns.I highly recommend her and for overall just being awesome!The receptionists are really great too. They are more than accommodating and are happy to help.

Dr.Teoh is very knowledgeable & listens to your concern. When he walks in he knowledges u. My son has been going there since he was born & I have no issues. Thx Dr.Teoh for making my son comfortable.

The Drs are really thorough and knowledgeable. The nurses are friendly too. Always feel like my preemie is in good hands. Dr Drager makes sure everything is complete and is on top of every other department and appt your baby has. Nothing gets overlooked. However the reception can be very flighty. I would have given them 5 stars but the reception has called back several times on the same day to reschedule appts. It got so confusing once that they had one appt date while I had another.
