I called them 1 week ago and the individual took my name and number and said they will call back with appointment availability. I even told the person on the phone that i have a groupon and i live in a apartment. I chose to follow up 1 week later and they changed the price 3 times the price LOL and they were going to offer me 25% off. Thanks for nothing ! If i can't trust you enough to follow up with a call how can I trust you with my house carpets??? Scary ! And that you changed the price on me 3 times more than what was offered!!!
