I am a new customer to Dave Ross. My Dodge Journey was towed there because of an emergency in June 2016. It needed extensive work, some recalls were taken care of that I didn't even know about yet and a little warranty issue. They were FAST and efficient. Everything was done properly. I have had many cars in my life from many dealers. They took the best care of me and my vehicle that I have ever had. I will try hard to never deal anywhere else.
