the store was very clean, and the interior design was really nice. the staff was courteous and informed of all the promotions going on! :)

Its ok... just beware of the south east asian man thats skinny and tall, he will confuse you so much about pricing that your just going to get a big suprise when its time to pay, way more then what he described on sale! Also hes a bit pushy and wont let you shop in peace...

My daughter likes clothes here, so I went to buy her a jacket a week ago, but there was no jacket that my daughter wanted. so we bought another jacket, but this jacket is not bad either. I hope you can update the new products quickly.

The worse Armani retail I've ever visited! The people inside make you feel like you are there to steal stuff. I had a lady always behind me like a shadow who kept saying the same stuff just to have a excuse to stay behind me, even if I told her I was there just for looking

I never been in Armani outlet and never ever bought anything of this brand but I love this watch which bought from this place.People who were working there helped us finding exactly what we were looking for.

Staff named Manrong Guo followed (stalked) me everywhere and made me feel very uncomfortable. I bought 2 boxes of underwear in the end and she forgot to remove the security pin; the only thing she was eager to get was my living/contact information. I called them and they asked me to go back to store to get it removed. But it would take me 2 hours to go and back, let alone extra unnecessary cost for transportation. Despite their mistake due to their lack of care, the manager refused to give any compensation (I only asked for $15 to cover transportation). Bad/non-customer-focused service, rude/irresponsible staff, cheap corporate culture for such extensive store.

I called to check stock of particular items I purchase from this outlet and the lady who answered the phone said we are busy right now and she will call be back. She didn't even take my contact number and disconnected the call. A customer whether in store or on the phone are both equally important! Is this the way to treat customer who call the store?

We got not good experience service at this outlet. The staff didnt tell us that the item is final sale. They probably thought we really want it than tricked our minds. Eventhough We have mentioned many times that its the first time ever we shop here. Its a pricey item and we feel like we should have got a better service than we thought. And we ended up buying it with without knowing the final sale and felt like being scam. Really unhappy experience!P/s: remind everyone else to remember asking about refund policy! Thanks
