The room sizing is generous, plenty of room for two parents and three kids. Everything was clean and the staff were great. My only complaint would be the lack of blackout blinds on the windows to cut the light down from the street.

Check in was great, everything explained nice and clearly. A bonus was the free underground parking! Once you leave reception, the fun starts! Elevator is good. Arrived on the 14th floor and the ceilings are very low, I am 6'3 and it felt claustrophobic. An odd

We used The Park Hotel as a base for our wedding weekend. My girls and I used the park suite for getting ready, it was perfect - lots of space, nicely decorated, very clean. The boys used a standard room for getting ready. We had tons of family book rooms at the hotel as well. Our personal experience was amazing, the hotel was very accomodating - including allowing our dogs to make a cameo appearance in the suite for photos. Every staff member was very friendly and polite. All our of family and friends that stayed in the hotel also had great experiences. highly recommend!

I'm having some difficulty with my rating. I'd typically give a higher rating if the service is very good which was the case. The staff were really nice. Front desk, food services and the chamber maids. Everyone was really friendly, polite and helpful.The accommodations were acceptable, but I was expecting a better appointed room and furnishings since we booked and paid for the Preferred suite. Some of the furnishings and amenities were nice but some parts of the room looked a bit dated or worn. It's too bad the quality of the hotel doesn't match the service quality. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay as pleasant as possible.

We stayed here during a dance competition weekend. The staff is amazing. Location was great too. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

We reserved a block at The Park Hotel for our wedding. The rooms were great. Good sized and nicely furnished suites. The Sales Manager, Fabiana, was fantastic to deal with.

Do not stay here if you have children- the windows do not lock and a child can easily open them and pop out screen. We stayed here with our 2 young children and I was upset to my stomach the whole stay having to worry…plus the door latch to secure the door locked was so low that my 3 year old could almost reach it….……also we woke up to our room stinking like cigarette smoke we had to leave first thing. Would not stay here again. The room was gorgeous but unfortunately these important things need to be implemented.

Kind of weird experience. Super nice hotel and mostly kind staff. The only off experience holding me back from giving it 5 stars was when I called the front desk for help with connecting the wifi. The man who answered was abrasive and had a weirdly rude attitude. Other than that, I’d recommend.

WIFI INTERNET SPEED HORRIBLE!Internet couldn't even load a video so I had to use cell phone data the entire stay.Speed test showed under 2mbps at busy times.Not fast enough for someone trying to do business work. Most hotels have 20 times faster internet than this.TV only had 1 of the 5 TSN channels so I couldn't watch the game I wanted.Staff were very nice but obviously management is trying to cheap out on the internet and cable bill!
