I have been a loyal customer for just over 16 years when I first met Jordy, Joanne, and Courtney, and I cannot recommend them and this salon enough. Over the years I have seen Joanne, Jordy, and their in house trained staff for haircuts, style, highlights, brow wax/tint, lash extensions, lash tint, scalp treatment for psoriasis, and the list goes on.What sets this salon apart from others is their management team and the way they treat their staff and clients. Coming from a small town, I recognize the effort that Colors salon puts in to making their staff and customers feel at home when they walk through the door. Being a customer at Colors Beauty and Wellness means booking an appointment that is committed to helping you feel beautiful again. Their commitment to customer service and attention to detail is second to none.Many times over the years I've been provided snacks, extra care, beverages, and even witnessed management treat their entire staff to lunches on more than one occasion. Even after having a baby, this salon has made it possible for me to take time for myself by providing everything I need during my appointments and extra snuggles and care for my son.The services offered at this salon are top-notch, and the stylists are highly skilled and knowledgeable. As modelled by the Owner Joanne and her daughters Courtney and Jordyn, their team is committed to knowledge and growth no matter what stage in the game you're at and the more they learn, the more they share with their staff and clients.Overall, I cannot speak highly enough of this beauty salon and the incredible staff who work there. They have been treating me like family for over15 years. I went to Colors open house! Wow, what an experience. From the complementary mini facial to the make up application with Jordy, everything was amazing. Joanne really strives to educate us on what is the best for each of us. I will definitely be back!

Went for my first facial in years and OMG the best facial I have ever had. Ericka was so great and extremely knowledgeable. This is the place to go, you won't be disappointed. Going here again for my next facial.

I have been going to see Caitlyn for years and she is by far the best colourist I've ever been to. She listens and understands what you want and knocks it out of the park every time, even when I'm not sure about what I'd like to do. Recommends products to extend the life of your color and they all smell amazing. I've also gone to Brianna to get my brows tidied up before events and I'm always super pleased with their service. Never too long of a wait to get in. Caitlyn usually calls an hour or so before my appointment if she can start early, which I really appreciate. Totally want to try more of their services soon!

Jackie has been awesome guiding me through my colour transition and growing out! My hair loves the products and I love the fantastic treatment by the whole team.

Went here for years and my stylist was always professional and did an amazing job. The management on the other hand I can’t say the same. From hearing them in the back room talking horribly about other clients, to pointing and laughing directly at me from across the room. I’ve heard them slander past stylists infront of clients and overall treat employees who aren’t direct family, awful. If you like your stylist I highly HIGHLY recommend you get their personal information at your next appointment.

I have been seeing Jackie at Colors for years and she always knows exactly what to do. I trust her completely, and I always leave the salon loving how my hair looks and feels! The environment is so inviting and friendly which adds to the experience!

Super happy with my experience at Colors Beauty and Wellness. Perhaps first, the service - outstanding! Such a warm and welcoming group and I find that everyone is in such good spirits with laughter often being heard throughout the salon. I had a color treatment and tried out a Pro Treatment that was customized for my curly hair to help with the frizz. Very happy with the results! I loved the reds they chose for me and my curls felt so healthy. I would definitely return to the salon the next time I am in town.

Courtney is the best! Very professional but relaxed atmosphere.
