This is a great bike shop. Service is excellent. Owner Dave is an engineer and is extremely knowledgeable & passionate about cycling. I bought a Litespeed gravel bike there recently. The bike fitting was very detailed and involved video analysis, computer software etc. Overall a very good experience. Highly recommended

Excellent shop. Dave the owner is extremely helpful and willing to spend time with anyone that is in the shop. I didn’t end up purchasing a bike from the store because they did not have the exact bicycle I wanted. I did purchase tools, and I would not hesitate to go back. Dave and the mechanic (can’t recall his name) are helpful and knowledgeable. Certainly an asset to the cycling community. The rough price Dave quoted me for the bike I was in search of was more than fair.

Great bike store!!! Dave (owner) is very knowledgeable and walks you through everything. He takes his time with you. Shawn the mechanic is also a great guy and fixed my bike when no one else could. He called me the next day to also follow up to see how the repair went. The customer service is top notch. I am a big believer of supporting the bike stores and not buy on line. Keep the industry alive. Support your shops.

Flying Monkey Bike Shop & Coffee Bar
A few weeks ago I had a 5 star experience at flying monkey bike shop. I brought my bike in mid ride as I had severely damaged my brake pads on the trails. The employees were all helpful and courteous and had me in and out in about 20 minutes (including installation and a look over of my bike) . The price was extremely fair and I felt I got a great deal.10/10 experience would shop here again.

Fantastic experience. The owner Dave took the time to walk me through the parts of the new bike. He also did a thorough analysis and adjustment of the rider and bike. Sells you what you need, not what you don't - and truly knows his craft. Highly recommended.

I went in to purchase a new road bike for this upcoming bike season. It is a really unique little bike shop. I found a good selection of bikes and accessories. The coffee bar looked fantastic too. Unfortunately, the staff didn't care enough even to say hello. Even after make eye contact with one of the employees, I had to say hello to him. His response was just to nodded his head and looked away. Having a successful business is largely about good customer service and the lack of it today took my money to another store.

Wonderful staff and shop! Dave, Veronica and Sean are so kind and helpful! Super friendly and very knowledgeable. The coffee is amazing and the store has top notch apparel and equipment. Great little spot for all your cycling and coffee needs in Campbellville!

Fantastic place! I got my bike fitted here, this was one of the best service experience I have had ever! Dave was very professional and worked within my budget. I would 100% recommend anybody to come here for sales / service or anything bike related. They are very knowledgeable and are eager to work with you and teach you. I am no where near a professional cyclist (just recreational with a decent road bike) and they worked with me at my level of knowledge and didn't pressure me to buy their products. Thanks Flying Monkey!
