Very nice shopping atmosphere. Lots of great product. They let you shop undisturbed but are there if you have questions.I recently made a purchase there. I went home and installed the fixture. I thought maybe they gave me the wrong bulb so I went back. The woman behind the counter insisted it was the right bulb but exchanged it anyways. Turned out I was doing something wrong. But the customer service was great.Thank you! Your staff are very knowledgeable and will return.

NO customer service. Was just in the store and not one person asked if we needed help. One person was busy with a client but there were 4 people in the back office space ,visiting!!! They saw my husband and me but never bothered to even acknowledge us. Won't be going back or suggesting anyone else does either. Nice lightning options though:)

I had a minor niggling issue with a product supplied by Luminesque (and installed by an independent electrician). Kelly was amazing. He made two trips out to my place and tried several options till it was fixed. Couldn’t be more impressed with the dedication to customer satisfaction!
