Dallas was great! Super friendly very professional even when a certain co worker wasn't being very professional... When you want to write something about the customer and you would like your co worker to read whatever assumption you were making about myself and friend I was with do so in a more subtle way and professional way please as I can only assume it wasn't something nice since you wouldn't say it out loud :) as for Dallas he deserves a raise and promotion!

I wish I got her name, but the younger girl (mid-20's, East Indian, perfect teeth? lmao) that helped me get a new SIM card today was a real homie. I got ready this morning to go to the dreaded Portage Place Mall knowing my photo ID was expired but I needed a SIM card, otherwise I was gonna have to wait a week to get a new one in the mail. We both knew it was my fault that I was in this situation to begin with and we both knew she didn't have to help me, but she did! She was able to verify me and make a phone call to send me home with a new SIM card and save my week, and it's really small things like this that can make a huge difference for some people and I really appreciated this lovely woman's help!

Contacted Bell MTS today to find out why my monthly rate increased. My 2 year contract expired, which is why the rate increased. Understandable. The person I was conversing with in chat gave me a price for an alternate plan and included a $5 monthly discount for 12 months as a loyal customer promotion. Perfect! I took a screen shot of the chat message with the price details. Then he connected me with the loyalty department and I was told they can’t honor the price I was given. Brutal customer service especially for a long time customer.

Dallas is a fantastic salesperson. This was the first phone plan I was signing myself, and he walked me through the entire process, explaining all my options and helping to find the best plan for me, as well as getting me a great deal on a new phone. Will definitely ask for him next time I come in!

Also Shey was the initial person who gave me a discount and a good deal a few days ago and when I went in yesterday to purchase the phone she was not there. That’s when Dallas helped me. Yesterday I went there to buy an iPad Air. The staff is Very friendly and helpful. Also very kind staff. Specially Kiran, she was my customer agent. She is a really kind lady and always has a lovely smiling face. Also very helpful. She guided me to get the best option for me. Also her friend. She is also really helpful. Both of them did their best. I highly appreciate the customer service. Highly recommend this bell store rather than other ones in the city.

I went in to Portage place bellmts. I've been a loyal customer for 30 plus years. I approach Sheila with a problem to help me with personal outside of her normal duties. This was so very important to me, I asked her to help with converting files to pdf for my new job. With a smile Sheila said of course I can! She helped me resolve my own problem. Sheila went above and beyond. I will continue to be loyal to bellmts because of her and will tell all my family and friends to come to her. I walkedo ut with a smile on my face. Extremely satisfied with her customer service she needs a big fat raise! Lol

Went to Bellmts to get myself a new phone and I was helped by a wonderful person named Christine. Very nice and helpful with explaining how my bill will work and what I’m covered for. Not to mention got me a great phenomenal deal for a new phone. Wonderful person to talk to while all of my stuff was being transferred to the new phone. She even helped with the transfer of my information from one phone to the other, usually some dealers don’t help you with that and I’m glad she did well done. Excellent customer service skills. Well done magnificent chefs kiss bravo Christine give this girl a raise.
