We had the nicest experience here picking out paints! Chris came up to us and asked if we had any questions, and we were so grateful because we don't know much about painting. He explained the difference between the paint types, how much we might need, and gave us a heads up about the cost before we checked out. It was such a personal experience and we didn't feel rushed or confused after talking to him. Would recommend this shop and will be back for our paint needs! The cost is very comparable depending on what kind of paint you need.

Folks at Sherwin-Williams did an excellent job matching my paint for a touch-up job (despite the original can being over 5 years old and the brand out of manufacture for almost that long). I had originally gone somewhere else and got a can that was close, but not quite right. Beginning to think I'd have to re-paint the entire house, but went to S-W and they got it bang on. Also had some very helpful advice for the touch-up. 100% satisfied!

The staff member who was working this evening was fabulous! This is the kind of customer service I always expect from a business. She was able to look up the details of several colours for us and how it compared to other brands. Very professional & knowledgeable. We were also there 15 minutes before closing and did not feel rushed.

I am very happy with this store, they are friendly and efficient. The manager Don is veryknowledgable about the store and all its products. The sales people are great as well always met with a smile. If you have any questions on paints and that stop in and see Don and the other other customer service reps :) They are fantastic :)

I went in to ask questions the day before I purchased my paint match. Carolina was very friendly and helpful. When I picked up the paint, the transaction was smooth. The paint matching was as good as it could get. I highly recommended.
