Overall I'm happy with my purchase and the product that was delivered to me. In fact, I'm happy to build with them again. On some issues I dealt directly with the owner Yasser who was fantastic to deal with and sort solutions instead of making excuses and pointing fingers. With generic issues which happens with every new built home due to the house settling and etc, I dealt with Pamela and she was equally as good. She made all the appointments that needed to be made and resolved my issues in timely fashion. Art who is their onsite manager I think is very knowledgeable and on many occasion went beyond my expectation. I also dealt with another gentleman by the name of Ruben and recently Chad were also helpful and pleasant to deal with. Given that we are still in the mist of a pandemic and that will naturally cause shortages and delays(something which is completely beyond he and other businesses control), Yasser and his team did remarkably well to get me into my new home.

I keep hearing horror stories about building a house, but the team at El Dorado was able to both build mine and my fiancés dream home, put up with our million questions, and calm our anxiety. I will definitely build with them again!

I bought my home from Waverly Homes in 2019 and did not move in until recently. After moving in, I noticed there were a few minor issues. I reached out to the customer service. Their service representative Pam Toro replied my email almost immediately and made quick arrangement to send repair persons. Many issues were resolved in a timely manner. The conversation with her was so pleasant that my initial frustration was gone right away. Another impressive thing is that the builder Yasser Yanni called me, right after I emailed the customer service. He explained the solution and different options very frankly and honestly. My overall experience with Wavely Homes is very good, particularly with the customer service and the builder. Though one repair is delayed due to the Pandemic and still awaiting, I feel assured that it will be taken care by the team.

House was built about two years ago and had a few issues. We needed their help resolving it; instead of fixing the issue they diverted me to other individuals and stopped responding to emails. A lot of builders don’t care about the people the sell to and this is a prime example of that. It’s so unprofessional that this company keeps you in loops, and continues to redirect you; to then completely stop answering emails and calls.

We worked with Waverly Homes to build our home, and they were AWESOME -- professional, organized, great communicators. We were so impressed by their attention to detail and most of all, their work ethic. As a team, they have a great attitude and pride in their work. It was such a pleasure to work with them.

Been in communication with other purchasers and the feedback is terrible to say the least. Really doesn't deserve any star, but must provide minimum of one. Once they have a deal signed, you are almost non-existent. If not for Tarion don't believe they would ever attempt to repair any of their required work. I have seen and heard lies from Waverly employees, including the owner Yasser Yanni. Don't be fooled by any good reviews on Waverly Homes, as they appear to be posted, not at arms length. Possibly why they (Yasser) changed the name from Eldorado Homes to Waverly Homes, because of all the negative feedback. Wonder if Yasser will change the name again. Nothing would be a surprise from this builder, I STRONGLY recommend look ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!

Waverly is an extremely professional company. The team was respectful, on time, thorough and pleasure to work with! They did such a wonderful job in our custom home! We would highly recommend them!
