Great experience.Took our 7 and 4 year old to the fun zone today. Staff were great. Kids had a blast.

A nice little climbing gym in Red Deer. I’m no expert climber but it seemed well put together.My only complaints were that the bouldering section is a bit small compared to other gyms I’ve been to.Also, I would say the runs are fairly challenging compared to some other gyms I’ve been to, so this may not be a great place to learn.

Fun place for kids or adults to have fun or just some good exercise. They have 2 different areas regular rock climbing with different walls and then a fun zone area which is a must try for all. Plus they have 1 big party area with a foosball table to play with to have birthday parties.

Clean facility. They were so great with the kids. It was a great time for all ages and experience levels.

I planned my son's 11th birthday party here and it was an amazing time. I highly recommend this place!

Healthy fun activity for children. Affordable, Staff super friendly, kids go home tired! Call ahead for kids area in case birthday party happening.

Pretty dissapointed we promised my son he could go here on break since it had been a tough year for our family. He had been looking forward to it for over a month. I called early in the week to ask if I need to book a time I informed the girl who answered we could only do Friday and that we were coming from out of town special to come there. She said no problem and asked if I wanted the fun zone or the othe climbing area. My son said he wanted the fun zone as that is what he had done at a party. She confirmed we were booked for Friday at 1:45 twice. My husband son and a friend showed up and were told there was no reservation. I had my husband pass the phone to the worker so I could speak to him. He said there was no reservation, but that they could climb at 5:00. Well that didn't work because my husband had to get back for work. I told him they specifically came for this booking time from out of town. He then found our booking the girl had accidentally made it for SUNDAY instead.... He was apologetic and did say they could climb in the main climbing zone. This was disappointing as they had waited a month for this and purposely called and booked so they could be in the fun zone. Not the best experience unfortunately. Also to note he told me to check my confirmation booking email I was not sent one I even checked junk mail. He also mentioned they don't do fun zone drop in at that time on Fridays. How would I know that when the girl offered it to me?? I know 100% I booked for Friday as it was the only day we had available and confirmed with the girl twice.

The staff were welcoming, multiple staff members offered suggestions as to techniques and routes. Staff were knowledgeable and attentive to my first timer at their facility. Thank you Keelan, you are definitely an asset to this facility

So much fun! My kids love the fun zone and are getting comfortable enough to try the regular area. Great place for birthday parties!
