Never rent something over this office. They will tell you that they looking after both sides (tenant and landlord), but that's not true. They try to push you to sign documents and if you don't they get very snappy.We got promised that they return our deposit as soon as we sign the mutual release agreement over wire transfer so we have the money fast. 2 weeks later we received an uncertified cheque and now we can wait another 5 days until we have our money.
