Magnan - Vac Truck Service

Martin was great to deal with. Both times, in the last year, he walked me thru the fix to prevent the cost of a call out. He has been cleaning our tanks out for years and couldn't be better. I highly recommend- thanks for the help today!

Our sewer backed up late Sunday night and I called Magnan first thing in the morning and Martin troubleshooted with me on the phone to figure out the problem so he knew what to bring with him he would have came right away but I had to take the kids to school so he came at noon. Then when he needed the assistance of his big truck he POSTPONED/RESCHEDULED another waste vac job that wasn’t urgent. Like who does that?! Amazing Service and happy to get the clog unplugged and a new float installed. Super genuine guy and owner. Support local. Thank you Martin and team! And thank you to his other customer who was willing to change their vac appointment too :-)

I called Magnan and they patched me through to Martin who was responsive and very pleasant to deal with. When Dave came to clean the septic tanks he was very professional and answered any questions I had. Not only was the service great, the price was very reasonable.

What a great experience from start to finish! I spoke to Martin when I initially called in for information about having my basement sump cleaned out as it was full of sediment. He was friendly, personable, knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. The big truck arrived at my home as promised the next morning to fix my issue. I had the pleasure of dealing with Andy who was also friendly, polite knowledgeable, efficient and just a really nice man. He took the time to explain the processand once he was done he went above and beyond by cleaning out the grate in front of my garage.Thank you Martin, Andy and Magnan for your great service.

Had some septic issues, called them at 8:40 am and they had a guy here at 10:30 am the same day. Reasonable price and the driver was great. Would highly recommend
