My go-to store for getting the garden started every year!

Lovely shop for all your garden needs. But as per usual this covid stuff made it so they didn't have what I wanted in stock. But the ladies were very kind and helpful.

Stopped in today to purchase a gas trimmer and was told there was a $15 pre-delivery inspection charge...on a gas trimmer! Never heard of that before and when I questioned the charge, the guy at the counter said he was just doing his job and had to tell me. He said it covered placing the trimmer in the system for warranty coverage. I reluctantly decided to move forward with the purchase as another shop I prefer to deal with was sold out of the model I wanted. With the transaction complete, I was asked to wait another 20 minutes for them to retrieve the model I wanted. I was short on time and had already been there 20 minutes so decided to get my money back. That wasn't received very well and the counter guy pushed the return change aside when I placed it back on the counter, mumbling something about the time it would take to process my refund. I was willing to wait at this point. When I left I decided to contact the dealer I normally do business with to ask if they charged PDI's on gas trimmers, they chuckled and said they never heard of that before...well they have now, because I told them about my experience here. They ordered the model I want and I will pick it up Tuesday.

I purchased a Toro snow blower that I was told had a warranty of three years. When I went to have the equipment fixed under warranty they didn't honor it even though the salesman who sold it to me told me no problem with this. If any goes wrong in three years we will fix it". I will never do business there again and I will let everyone know how I've been treated. I a widow who lives on a fixed income and can't afford to be lied to."

Love this local gardening store! Always have great service! Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They have lots of grow equipment and nutrients. Pretty much a one stop shop for anything gardening and growing.

I've always had good experience in this store there's a lady that works there she was a retired nurse, what a great help. Me and my fiancée love this store:)

Great place to go if you’re a gardener. They have anything and everything you could ever need. They aren’t necessarily the cheapest option, but they sell quality products and they have great customer service. I have become a loyal customer.
