They made the whole process easy and they made sure I got what I wanted. I would also highly recommend speaking to Lori Connolly for any car inquiries. She is absolutely phenomenal. She made me feel so comfortable and truly cared about my wants and needs. Not only is she a great salesperson but she truly went above and beyond what I was expecting and helped me out every step of the way even when she did not have to.David Kaluba the Financial Services Manager also made this experience so easy for me. We have been searching for a new vehicle for some time now with no success so my husband on a hunch called Burlington Hyundai and connected with Lori Connolly who was awesome on the phone. We went down and everyone there was friendly but Lori went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and we test drove the vehicle and in less than a hour we bought the vehicle. Lori explained the procedure involved we bought Wednesday and we’re able to pick our new vehicle up Monday. Love Love this dealership. Once you walk in they greet you, ask you if you want any coffee/water. We were buying a new vehicle and I, being very organized, had several vehicles we were looking at to test drive over a couple days. At Burlington Hyundai we were met by David who happily listed to us and got us into the vehicle we wanted and let us drive around. He was not pushy and fully listened that we didn’t want to discuss hard numbers until we test drove the other vehicles, and he was incredibly kind and genuine with us. We left agreeing if we bought this car, it would be from him hands down.Few days later we were back and wanting the car, he happily got us numbers and worked very hard to fit it into our budget. He also introduced us to a couple managers who explained everything we needed to know. We went home very well educated and feeling comfortable.
