Although they have no phone number only an email, i was pleased with the customer service, they responded quick, answered all my questions etc. AND THEN, finally when the product arrived, (i ordered the 24 inch ombre 4 clip extension DOUBLE THICKNESS) i was very very very very disappointed. The hair is SOO thin you cant do anything with it literally is just one little strip of thin hair. I seen way better for way cheaper. The “ombre” looked horrible it had a harsh black line through it. They have NO reviews NO social media, NO contact number just an absolute joke. Because everything is “final sale” Im down 150 bucks. The hair wasnt even that good either its very frizzy and frail at the ends. Im a hairstylist so im gonna take them into work tomorrow and see what i can do. Im very disappointed. No one is responding to my emails anymore, although they were very quick to reply when they asked me for the security code for the E transfer. Rubbish
