We would never recommend this company. Have been promised for two years that we are first on the list for our repair. Our garage floor looks so bad it’s embarrassing. Have sent several pictures and requests for repair which was supposed to be guaranteed 10 years. Every time we call they say they are not doing residential repairs only commercial and we are on the list. Next step is small claims court

I tried dozens of times calling and leaving messages to come back and fix the bad job they did on my porch for the last three years .I was able to talk to a receptionist who promised to put me on the list for three years.I would never recommend them to anybody, they are very unreliable too busy making the money from new businesses and ignoring the repair job that they promised to guarantee for ten years.My next step is a small claim court.

Duramax did my front porch. In less than a year it started to chip away. Been like 2 years now and still cant get them out to fix it.. just get told I’m on a list. Same scenario everytime I call. I make sure I tell everyone who did my porch when they see how horrible it looks

Dura Max Epoxy Services applied an epoxy coating on our outdoor 20’ x 11’ cement pad. Service was poor but the job got was finally completed. The following spring, white roller width marks began appearing on the surface of the newly epoxy coated cement pad. One of the owners of Dura Max Epoxy Services Inc. inspected the cement pad and agreed that the epoxy job was done very poorly. He said that he would fix the problem. Dura Max workers ground down the epoxy finish and all coats applied the previous year. The crew never returned to finish the job. Dura Max said they would be back soon to complete the job, but they stop returning my calls, texts, and emails. After paying a lot of money, we are left with no epoxy on our concrete pad. We are extremely disappointed and frustrated.

I wish I had read reviews before getting them to do my back concrete. He is definitely arrogant but also disrespectful and extremely disorganized. He was supposed to start my job early spring and did it beginning of July. He never finished the job either. I had to get another company to come in and finish. His responses to my texts were unprofessional. I would never recommend this company, EVER!!!!

We had the floor in the pool house done with the epoxy floor coating. It is absolutely gorgeous. The service was professional, courteous and exceeded all expectations.

We had Duramax level our large patio in areas that were unlevel, sand an existing epoxy area and re-epoxy the entire patio. The work was very professionally done and looks amazing. I would strongly recommend them to anyone needing to fix your cement or epoxy your cement.
