Great place. The stuff was very helpful. Clean and well organised.

Extremely arrogant starting at the phone call. No need to highlight that you guys are a PRIVATE! Clinic, and that a person can take an appointment only if they CAN AFFORD the price.I use capital letters to emphasize and try to mimic the impolite tone used by the receptionist.

The MRI clinic & staff were very professional & accommodating,I would recommend this clinic,it is state of the art technology,very cleanly

If you can afford it, this place is a great option. Turnaround time is 48 hrs which is exceptional in comparison. Clean, professional service.

I was completely impressed with my MRI experience at the Ottawa Valley MRI Centre. I dealt primarily with Ginette to make the arrangements, and she was kind, patient, and helpful. I also dealt with Francesca (spelling?), and she, too, gave me great service. Finally, Arno (spelling again?) gave me the MRI procedure, and he, too, was thoughtful and very easy to deal with. The Centre is very clean, and obviously well administered. I'd feel at ease to go back to Ottawa Valley MRI for another MRI procedure, if I needed another. I was looking for a place to get an MRI quickly, and MRI at 15 Papineau did everything possible to make it happen. Within 24 hours of my first call I had completed my MRI and had the CD.I came from Ontario, and the paperwork was all taken care of so that I only (!) had to pay the 'technical' fee, but not the fee for the Radiologist to read the MRI -- that claim was submitted automatically to OHIP for me by the staff.In total I dealt with 4 receptionists (on phone and in person), all were friendly, helpful, pro-active. The MRI tech was very friendly, and I did not at all feel like I was 'just another patient' getting a spiel, as often happens with medical techs.I enthusiastically recommend this MRI location, as well as its sister organization, St Joseph's MRI.

I cannot begin to say how much I recommend this location for an MRI. I booked an appointment for my first MRI as I couldn’t wait for the public waitlist, and was called back within a day, and booked for an appointment immediately. The staff was friendly and very accommodating highlighting all the information for me, and when it came time to do my MRI, as it was my first time, I became very overwhelmed and scared but the MRI radiologist comforted me, he made me comfortable with the machine and talked me through the process so that I was able to get it done. As unpleasant as an MRI is, the staff made the process as lovely as it could be.Thank you again for everything.

They have a 3-Tesla MRI machine!Jeanne the MRI tech and Richard the receptionist were absolutely charming, and I couldn’t have felt more comfortable due to their kindness. The place is very small! But it is kept very clean and tidy.I didn’t come in as a private patient, but a public one because the hospital has a contract to use their MRI for the moment; yet this didn’t change at all how I was treated. Richard was patient and helpful and Jeanne was brilliant.Thanks for seeing me so fast and for being so kind :) The CISSSO finally did something helpful for us in making it possible to obtain these important tests quickly. Now if only they could fix their hospital emergency rooms.
