Steve is a pleasure to work with. As a local he is both very knowledgeable about the market in Squamish and what the different neighbourhoods in and around the area have to offer. Steve helped us sell our townhouse amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. While the price we ultimately got was a little lower then we hoped for, considering our needs and timing we were very happy with the end result. Steve's determination, resilience and creativity were put to the test during these times and he persevered while maintaining excellent communication with us along the way.
