I went into Kelly's vacuum thinking that the motor or board in my central vac was toast. Turns out it was a much less expensive fix. Thank you to Kelly's for having integrity and telling me that. Much appreciated, you have absolutely earned my trust.

Live in Parrsboro, Nova Scotia, dropped by vacuum off to Kelly's within the last ten days, got a call a few days later, saying they had to order some parts, and would let me know when they were in. Got the parts, got it fixed, I had someone else pick it up, as I'm about 1 hr 15 minutes from there. Got it home, went to vacuum... turned on, but wouldn't work. I WAS NOT HAPPY... I called Kelly's, and was told to e mail the owner, as he wasn't in, as it was Saturday, which I immediately did. Within 1/2 of that call, the owner (I do not know this man, never met him) called me at home, inquired about my problem, and told me that he would come to my home on Monday and bring me a replacement, fix the machine (if he could) and get done what needed to be done. I ensured him he didn't have to do that, as I was going to the Moncton Airport on Thursday and I could drop it off, but he insisted that he do that, he was so apologetic. Monday, today, he arrived at my home at around 11 am...(keep in mind this is 1 hour 15 minute drive) fixed my machine easily. This is the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever received, bar none. Thank you so much, for taking time out of your busy schedule to come and look after my issue. After not having a vacuum for a while, I was in desperate need, so it was much appreciated. Thank you, Kelly's Vacuum will not be forgotten and will be highly recommended.

We had someone to the house to service our central vacuum and he was honest, efficient and pleasant. I then visited the store to buy new attachments and the staff member was very knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I needed.
