Plumbing Technian Indra Khadka did an incredible job explaining the issue at my house, the way he would solve the problem and was upfront about the pricing at all times. Very prompt and professional. Prices were fair as well. Much appreciated!

Call them at around lunch and was able to get a fair quote and an appointment same day at 5pm for a toilet that was clogged with a small bottle of hair gel. Plumber was on time but told me it would be $70 if he could not unclog it, as i would be considered as a service call. After trying to snake it for about 15 min he said it was stuck and i needed a new toilet and then quote me prices and began to sell me on it. I told him i had to think about it and he then told me he quoted me $90 for the service call not $70 and that he could minus that out of the cost of a new toilet installation. In the end i went to home depot, bought a $20 snake and a $8 wax ring for under the bowl and with youtube managed to clear the bottle out by take the toilet off, flipping it sideways and snaking it from the other end. I don't mind paying extra for prompt service but what killed me was that he didn't even fix the issue and in the end i managed to do it myself.

We saw water leaking into the basement through the foundation wall's bottom. We couldn't figure out what was causing the difficulty for a long time. We had a number of people come through the house and give us their thoughts on the problem. The only plumbers who were certain about the problem were Everest drain and plumbing. The staff arrived on schedule, was very professional, and performed the job quickly.

I am resident of Markham. Few days ago due to cold weather, Water line break down in my basement. He arrived on time, was very polite, tidy and clean and diagnosed our plumbing issue and provided very good advice on the most cost effective way to fix the out plumbing problem.
