My ensuite toilet has not been flushing well. It’s a sand coloured toilet with matching fixtures and I wasn’t sure if I could find a good match. In any event they were able to rectify the problem without the additional expense of new toilet. On another occasion the tap to the outdoor water supply was leaking. It turns out that it should be fully open to prevent the leak. Most surprising they did not charge me for the second trip. As a recent widow I really appreciated their thoughtfulness. I highly recommend MEAGAN DREW PLUMBING.

Megan-Drew plumbing did great work for our company. They responded in a timely manner, successfully fixed our faucet issue and had a very reasonable price! Will definitely use them again.

I greatly appreciated how quickly the team came to evaluate the problem (especially given it was the Friday before a long weekend)They were able to assess the problem, but I was sorry that the first visit 2 days prior did not recognize where the source of the blockage was.They were quick and efficient and found the clogged drain and removed the roots that were causing the blockage.I was disappointed to be charged extra for the machine they used given that I expect it is something they actually own and did not rent.I was also surprised with the ton of water left after they were gone, and disappointed that they did not come prepared to help remove the flood of water (I thought a shop vac would have been a part of their toolkit)I recognize that this is messy work, and I greatly respect the work they did, but I think having a bit of pride in how you leave a property after doing a repair says a lot about the ethics of a company.Thank you

We have had Megan-Drew do several projects for us over the years. During Christmas we had a toilet fill valued start to leak. We weren’t expecting a fast response as it wasn’t an emergency, but Steve came out within an hour and replaced the part. He was very neat and careful in our home. We have referred several friends to M-D over the years and they all rave about their work. It’s nice to see a well run business these days and we are happy to support them.

We had a kitchen sink emergency and they were able to send someone to our high-rise the morning after which we really appreciated. Steve and Doug were both very professional, was able to tell us the root cause, and helped fix our sink plus give suggestions on how to properly maintain it going forward. They were also very accommodating with our new puppy!

Megan-Drew Plumbing are my go to for any plumbing issues. Doug is quick to respond, shows up on time and works quickly to get the job done. Doug knows his stuff and I trust him. He is always fair, always pleasant and doesn't gouge his customers. The members of his team are also good guys. Bonus - they never leave a mess behind! I highly recommend them.

I had an issue with my kitchen sink draining very slow and they were able to respond on a day's notice. It was a quick 30 min job and they even cleaned up the mess that was left behind from the drain snake/auger machine. I especially liked that they left their boots at the door and wore inside shoes when entering the home. The price was fair. And they even left me with some tips on how to maintain the drains so that I don't have to, quote, see them again" :D"

Give us an honest assessment about the leak. They informed us this is not a plumbing issue and did not even charge us for the visit. Which other plumbers were charging. Very knowledgeable and helpful guys. Would definitely recommend them.
