I went in, no one acknowledged my presence for a solid 10 minutes. And when I went back to get a refund for my deposit the guy kept ditching me and avoiding to give me a refund or any form of customer service. And on top of the ignorance, he started to give me attitude.

Nous avons eu un excellent service de la part de Jean-François Asselin qui était très sympathique et à notre écoute. Nous en étions à notre premier achat pour un ensemble de lit neuf tout en ne sachant pas trop nos préférences et besoins en terme de matelas. Il a su bien nous conseiller pour faire le meilleur choix selon nos besoins et préférences. Un service très respectueux, professionnel, mais surtout sans aucune pression d'essayer de nous vendre un matelas plus cher pour rien, tout en franchise et en harmonie avec nos besoins. Il a même pris le temps de nous montrer une option plus économique pour nous laisser plus de choix. Bref, excellent service, nous recommandons sans hésiter!

Yannick, the manager, is very knowledgeable and he really helped us find our new mattress. Top notch service even if the store was busy. If you were disappointed with your last mattress purchase, look no further and go there.

Did not buy ,just looking for information on a warranty switch and had the best service ever from Marc on the possibility of getting a better mattress that will last more then 5 years. Wow. Thank you Marc
