From beginning to end, Tom provided great service. His communication around the quote, turn around time, and shingle matching was excellent. Wes, the installer was professional and competent. The roof repair and new shingles on the gazebo were indicative of a high quality job. Great clean up of the work site.

Mike from A&M came out and reviewed my old roof/sky light, discussed options and provided the requested quotes. A&M wasn’t the cheapest quote I received but I felt more comfortable with them.New roof and skylight are looking good 1 month on.

The 25 words or less version: Fight for very specific language on the contract you sign, and do your own post-installation inspection.The long story is this: I was promised a lot of things in both the meet-and-greet, and in the e-mail correspondence that followed, that didn't appear anywhere on the contract that was drafted up. I raised the issue, and they happily adjusted the contract to more accurately reflect the details. And I'm glad of this, because a lot of corners were cut--5 vents were originally installed instead of 7, and I'd say about 30% of the metal flashing was done, even though the contract said new metals

We used AM twice recently. We first needed a roof repair and as soon as the snow melted from the roof, a service person came and did a great job and even replaced something that wasn't in the quote. I was very happy with the job so we called them again to top up our attic insulation. Both times, Dave explained all that was required including photos of the problem areas. He followed up with us by coming by to check the work done and reversed a charge for something that wasn't required. I would definitely call on them again for any further work needed.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICEAbsolutely pathetic service. I have never experienced such unprofessional approach towards customers. Booked a roof inspection on Oct 26th and they messed up the booking, called me on the day of inspection to apologize and rebook for another day for the inspection. The second time nobody showed up or called and when called back to enquire, they have no clue of what I am saying. They only gave me a date, haven't actually booked any inspection. So then I booked an inspection for the third time and this time a person shows up at my door to tell me that they are not equipped to access my roof. This absolutely baffles me, a roofing company shows up at my house to tell me that they are not equipped to access roof. They are very good in giving promises and left telling me that this will be a high priority since AM roofing messed up repeatedly and now its going to be the end of November and still no word. They deducted money from my credit card for doing nothing unless they charge for promises. I called them back to enquire about the plan neither the receptionist or the person who does the roof inspection knows why the money got deducted but they promised me thwy will come do the roof inspection as a high priority. So in short unprofessional, disorganised, lack of communication, incompetent but they have the audacity to ask for stars and reviews. I gave the one star so I can post this. Also please don't give them credit card details. They don't what they are deducting money for.

Unfortunately, our experience with AM Roofing Solutions was quite negative.We hired this company for a full replacement of our roof at the beginning of 2021 and began running into problems almost immediately. The company was often slow to respond and there were several miscommunications regarding timing as a result. After completing the job, we filed a complaint as the contractors left our yard and rooftop an absolute mess. The lawn was littered with plastic, food wrappers, nails, cigarette butts, and a half-smoked joint (all of which we had to clean up ourselves), and our roof had multiple pieces of plastic wrapping nailed into it accidentally. After a lot of back and forth we were thankfully able to have the company reimburse us for the cost of clean-up before parting ways.Unfortunately, less than one year later, we faced more problems. In January 2022 we hired a wildlife company to remove some squirrels from our attic. It was through this process that we learned that the squirrels had entered through a hole in our roof where one of our vent caps should have been. The wildlife company took photos and found no signs that animals had removed the vent cap (no claw or bite marks and no warping) and suggested that the cap was either defective or had been improperly installed. We later found this vent cap full of leaves in one of our trees, suggesting it had blown off of our roof in the summer/autumn, leaving our attic exposed to rain, snow, and animals for months. Honestly, we are lucky there wasn’t any serious water damage. I reached out to Rose at reception by phone to inquire about our warranty and I was asked to send along the photos of the hole so that the project manager could assess the situation. I did so and, after contacting the roofing company numerous times subsequently via email (I spoke with Rose and Christie) and attempting to contact the project manager (Andrew) directly via phone multiple times, I finally heard back in mid-March. By this point we had already had to go ahead and have the vent replaced by another company so that the hole could finally be covered. To his credit, Andrew was quite empathetic once we did get in contact with him and offered to send a reimbursement for half of the cost of the squirrel removal. He did also offer to replace the vents (which were likely defective) however, as mentioned above, we had already dealt with their replacement on our own due to the delay in response from AM Roofing.While we do appreciate the reimbursements provided, all of the above is to say that if you are looking for professionalism, responsiveness, or quality workmanship, I would avoid this company.

My home has a new roof.What a piece of mind knowing that from many years from now on, my house will be protected, taking in consideration also the fact that my attic was isolated too.I don't have enough words to express my gratitude to the entire AM Roofing's Team, especially to Brandon, who guided me all along the way.I know that my list of questions was very long but Brandon took time and answered me to all of them in a very professional manner.Also Peter and his crew worked hard and efficient even if at one point it started to rain.The execution was flawless from the start to the end. Everybody was very punctual and I received a very high level of responsiveness.Good job guys and thank you!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you value quality and professional service. Replaced a roof and skylight at a rental property, wasn't able to inspect the finished job but was assured it was 'fantastic, you'll be really happy'. Paid the invoice in full, that was back in March. Here we are 7 months later with unresolved issues. Many emails to Roger, the CEO, and other senior staff and received one lame response from the fall guy, Larry who has since gone quiet. Too may deficiencies to mention here, but needless to say, the company couldn't care less because we made the mistake of handing over our hard earned savings. They blamed the sales rep but he wasn't the guy on the roof and he's since left.If you're in the Guelph area, can highly recommend Alpine Roofing, should have used them again but thought we'd try someone new.They don't even deserve one star rating but google doesn't allow for a minus number...

We were recently informed by our insurance company that the original roof on our 20 yr. old house needed to be replaced or they would limit our coverage. I contacted AM Roofing and Chris Locke came and did an on-roof inspection. He said that the roof was in exceptional condition and would not need replacing for at least 4 years. The insurance company then requested a full written report. Chris then returned and did a free full written inspection with photos. I doubt that other companies would have been this honest. As a result, I highly recommend AM Roofing Solutions.John Mitchell, Guelph
