Had a great time with Captain Mark and his first mate Chris! First time on the excursion and they made it so much fun! What a great way to travel on the Detroit river!A must do! Great day with a bunch of girls!

Staff is very courteous and professional,, up to date equipment, and most importantly, they provide a vigorous, intense, high-energy cardio workout. The workout leaves you on cloud 9 because of the endorphins produced. The instructors give just the right push and are top notch. I highly recommend this studio!

Absolutely love this cycling studio. The music is great, the class is challenging, and the instructor is awesome. Just got my own bike at home, so I'm looking forward to taking the virtual classes!

Very fun and challenging class. The music is awesome and keeps you pumped throughout the entire session. The staff is very inviting and courteous and makes you feel at home. The instructor is motivating and engaging and makes sure that you get a great workout. It's a very welcoming environment, even the other people in class were nice and spoke to me even though it was my first time there. Will be incorporating this into my weekly workouts.

Detroit Cycling Studio
This is one of the best workouts I've had in a very long time. I decided to be more consistent with my workout and I am so pleased with my results. The instructors are amazing and very personable the bikes are comfortable and the seats are wide enough for individuals with a wider back side. I looking forward to the next few months to see my results.
