My wife and I just had our eye exams done here, also purchased glasses. My wife had an appointment and they were able to squeeze me in for an exam between patients. They helped with picking out some beautiful frames and had my wife's glasses done and ready for her in less than 30 mins (lenses for single vision done on site) . Friendly, helpful, reasonable prices on designer frames ($100 off lenses when bought there) and highly recommended!

These are my personal experiental sharingThe sales person asked for the budget and overpriced the glasses on the spot. Once she realised that the attention was on a particular glass, she downgraded other glases they had. It was very clear from the approach that the price was just hyped with no time given to think. The sales person was passive aggressive. Also, unprofessional in listening and interruopting customer discussions and responding which was not their business. I feel offended as the price intuitively does not sound reasonable at all, because the same glass (same product identification no. of the same brand) at another shop was priced at less than $125 of what i was charged. It is my personal advice to not accept passive aggressive approach from the sales persons in this optical but to be very firm to understand their pricing and compare with shops before making any decision. It is not my intention to harm this business in any manner, but I found it important to provide feedback of my experience as honestly as possible. Maybe it was not our day for a good happy business. I understand that I have the right not to purchase from this optical. I also have the right to receive full price disclosure that is reasonalble and not changed at the time of purchase. I as a person I take time to understand and process-That is my limited ability. While making a purchase, allowing customers time is important which i was not given due to passive aggressivenes. Unfortunately, verbal conversations do not have evidences. Please vist the store, but be cautious and ask for time to process their pricing. I made a mistake of falling too quickly to passive aggresiveness- A pricy lesson learnt. Hope I do not have the same expeience in the future.

There's an old expression: The best way to appraise a person's character

Very quick and helpful. Originally bought a pair with a Groupon discount before losing them in a lake a year later. Got a replacement order that came in quick with the same discount from before. They had the glasses ready within a week.

I had a fantastic time at the store. Bought 3 sunglasses - Gucci, coach and Armani. They have a good collection of glasses. The quality of my new lenses is good, and what's even better is that I managed to get them at a more affordable price compared to other places. The staff was good and friendly. I am happy that I followed my friend's recommendation and chose to go to that store.Fully recommending any one willing to buy glasses to go here.

I made an appointment for 10am and arrived on time. The receptionist did two eye tests promptly, followed by payment for $95 (they don't do direct insurance billing). I then waited for the optometrist to arrive which took about 20 mins. He conducted a thorough examination and addressed my eye concerns. Overall a knowledgeable and reliable optometrist. For improvement, I would recommend direct billing (as other clinics offer this) and punctual appointments to respect customers' time.

I have to say I was surprised by the unprofessionalism in this office. Not only did the doctor late, and I'm not talking about late with patients before me. But actually late to come in, with people working there joking about how he is always late.Then when I finally got into the office, despite telling the receptionist when I made the appointment that I had dStrasbismus, and thus have prisms in my glasses, I was told they couldn't see me until they got my previous records. Which I have literally never had a new optometrist asked for, despite having this condition since I was 10. If he wanted to do his due diligence l, it should have been done before I came in'for my appointment, and not waste my time

Wonderful experience with everyone at the store. My new lenses are amazing & I got them cheaper than anywhere else. The staff are quick, & efficient & come through on their promises. So happy I went there on my friend’s recommendation!

The folks here are brilliant. It took less than an hour to sort out new specs. The staff are kind and understanding, and they know what they're on about. This is the only place I'll visit for new specs in future. I recommend them strongly! THANK YOU CHERRY HILL OPTICAL!
