I was received warmly on a first name basis. The staff remembered our usual order and were ready and organized if we repeated it (which we did). The quality of the drinks met the usual high standard and the treats were excellent as always. The staff had a bag and a tray ready and a friendly send off. A very enjoyable experience!

Marissa is particularly good, friendly, and efficient. This location gives you the Starbucks brand vibe you know and love, but the staff improve on that by being approachable, professional, and efficient. The management here has done a good job of finding talent.

The baristas are so wonderful and helpful! However they seem very understaffed and stressed. They're doing their best but don't seem to have the support needed.

I hit the drive thru at the Sumas Way (near Costco I'm Abbotsford) after a long afternoon. The staff at the window was so friendly and even engaged in a short conversation.

Starbucks is absolutely awful, their prices are terrible their food is also terrible and the staff especially are extremely rude. No matter which location you go to not to mention your most likely going to be waiting a good twenty-five plus minutes for your meal / beverage on top of their overpriced garbage... I personally steer clear of all Starbucks

Today must really be my day. I've had two five-star review drinks and absolutely feel satisfied and like I got full value. I watched as a barista actually shook a berry juice beverage and Spilled it all over herself and did not miss a beat. She did not get frazzled she did not get angry she did not get anything except sticky and uncomfortable but she still had a smile on her face and served me with professionalism and had absolutely blows my mind. I tipped her 10 bucks because no one should have to go through that but she did and she handled it like a champ. While waiting in the lineup I had the opportunity of perusing the menu at Starbucks over by Costco and was pleased to find a chocolate mint beverage that was cold and tasty. And I was not disappointed. I was able to sit in a very comfortable and musically inclined environment that was air conditioned and absolutely awesome. I was very pleased with the drink and I would recommend it to everyone and anyone.

Starbucks is good if you just want a quick coffee. But even the sit-in locations are designed to get people out. They have poor acoustics, making for loud and noisy conversations. The coffee is decent, but the quality of handcrafted beverages is more often than not akin to fast food coffee.
