They don't listen to the client, If the client says your medication does not work, don't tell me to use the same medication for 14 additional days!!! I have repeatedly told them that the medication they prescribed for an ear infection is not solving the problem, and asked that they prescribe the old medication that was infinitely more efficient in healing infections. But they only offer to redo more costly test which I already did. Seems like they prefer charging for useless tests rather than actually helping animals!!! Now my dog must suffer from severe irritations because they refuse to give me proper medication!

My favourite veterinary since Mochi’s puppy days. The staff are so friendly and it shows they really care and know what they’re doing, he’s never had any problems and loves coming here! NO issues with his castration post-op and the healing was fast
