Horrible experience! The owner of Ashbury Flooring owns Res Com a chain of extremely, old apartment buildings. I cannot begin to say how incredible disrespectful and rude the employees are. The buildings are not being cared for. There are bugs in the apartment because the windows are rotting, leaks and the roof is slowly collapsing.I have never in my life lived in such a filthy place. On top of everything Jeanine the landlord waited till our ceiling was collapsing to call someone to fix it. It’s just important that you pay your rent. Your safety and the maintenance is secondary. The buildings are very old and need constant care which nobody does. It has not been cleaned since April. In my opinion, these places are not livable anymore.For anyone looking to rent I would highly, advise you to second guess before you live here. Unless, you don’t care that your neighbor feeds wildlife and the apartment has bugs and mold.

In response to Nan Buyer I am the Property Manager for this building. There was a leak in the roof of her top floor apartment. We repaired the leak as swiftly as possible. The roof is definitely not collapsing! The building is still standing good and solid. We needed to let some areas of her drywall to completely dry before repairing. Never was there any mold and this building is bug-free. We couldn't fix it quick enough to satisfy this tenant and they did not realize the drying required before closing it up - we did that to ensure no mold! And we did this all during a pandemic where contractors are harder to find. Our Superintendent Jeannine goes above and beyond her duties to satisfy our tenants.....some just can't be satisfied.

Always great to deal with, from Management to Feild Staff.

I just read the previous email, I have been living in a building managed by Rescom Property Management and was shocked to read that review. Jeanine who is the main contact for any emergencies is a superstar. Any issues that had with my rental was resolved with in hours. I would never live in any building that is not managed by RESCOM
