Can say enough good thing about the care here. Staff is friendly vets are knowledgeable and treat you fair. We switched vets because of the care at another place and I'm glad we did. Thank you all for you help Magnum is lucky to have such a great vet. Dont know how you could have a bad experience here but I was sure impressed all during Christmas as well.

Great staff. They take wonderful care of our pets when necessary.

I've had such a good experience here, Dr. Will has been very kind and helpful while I'm usually crying my eyes out. He's very sympathetic and gives me lots of great options for when I've had to bring my dog in.

Sad face I want to give them five stars. Too many negative experiences not to share. Also note that the reception staff is amazing. Do not take your bird here. They said they would be right back with our bird..45 min later they and come back with him bleeding, hyperventilating and never seen him such a state of disarray, AND they made us pay full price. Next time I came in I requested the same doctor for my ferret (we have been seeing him since we moved 11 years ago). He avoided me I ended up fending off dogs in the waiting room for almost an hour and then saw a different doctor. No one said anything just hoped we wouldn't notice? Then I called in for an emergency and they didn't call us back all day. Thankfully I just took him to another vet. Then today we take in our ferret and had to wait 45 min after the appointment for medication, because our doctor decided to help new clients instead of putting our medication together. Only when a bunch of dogs started attacking us did we get our medication. It was nice having a friendly face when my peach passed away, but not worth the expense of having to deal with their total lack of consistency.

I have a cat that is stressed if I put the couch on the other side of the room, I won't see he for days sometimes.(Pharthing)Well she was there on the 3 for spaying and follow up on the 12. To my amazement she is absolutely fine. I know that sound simple but strangers handled my cat but she felt so safe by the whole experience that she came home happy and affectionate. This is a DIRECT RESULT of the amazing treatment she had to have received.Both my cats well happy to be home showed they were loved, respected and cared about well there. The level of care that would take isn't something I was expecting nor ready for. I cannot thank you guys enough or say enough about your services.

They were recommended to me when we had just moved to Vernon and took my pup there to get her nails done.…..she came out with two bloody paws ..they didn’t even bother to try to stop the bleeding on the damaged quicks.She’s been so traumatized since then she has to be sedated to get her nails clipped .

My Vet Phillip was amazing and had 0 issues with my Cat. Very knowledgeable and professional.
