It's a nice park with playground, boat launch, and beach. The beach was our primary focus, and it was an enjoyable experience. It's relatively shallow with some good sandy sections, so great for kids or people just looking for some water time. It's relatively clean, for a lake, but expect some water plant life and rocks in places. Depending on your tolerance for walking on those things, water shoes may be helpful. If you've got some time, take a wander through the Enchanted Forest or watch for visitors to the butterfly garden.

Wow. Beautiful little spot. Great views too. You can see almost the whole lake and the mountain from here.

This park and beach are absolutely beautiful. Great location with lots of parking and a boat launch further along the sandy shoreline (not visible from beach area). Playground with climber and swings, seating with shade trees, fitness area, volleyball nets. Water depth increases very gradually for a variety of ages and swimming levels. Will be returning in the future.

Good views across the lake but the waterfront is overused and there is no designated swimming area. Signs asking not to park on the grass were ignored. Half the park seemed to be rented to a private group, which made the other half very crowded.

Got married here 9 years ago. Beautiful boat launch, lots of space for picnics, 3 different swimming spots. 2 beaches. Large one is next to playground and is good for spending the day but the swimming is better at the small one. Use to never be busy but now that calabogie has been discovered it’s much busier. Water is nice. Shallow and Sandy. A few clams.

A beautiful spot to go for a swim! This place was pretty quiet the past two days we went. It’s a little shallow with small rocks when you first step in, but once you get past that, it gets deeper and the bottom is all sand.
