I love this Starbucks! I come here quite a few times a week and the staff are incredible. They welcome you when you walk in and if you’re a regular then they take the time to know your name and ask how you’re doing, overall they’re super nice and happy to accommodate my always changing/customized drink orders. They also don’t hesitate to fix my order on the very rare occasion I’m not satisfied. 10/10!

Ordered through app and still took 20 mins. Waiting for the mobile pick up for 15, and watched customers come in, order, picked up and left with their order(s), I thought that the app was suppose to be “front of the line”.Then I got my order and it was 3/4 full.

Listen ya'll, Emma made my Shaken Espresso half white mocha half toffee nut better than anywhere else. It was absolutely BUSSIN my guy, definitely come here if the other baristas are even a smidge as good as her.

Best customer service. Very fast and on point. It's funny how a fancy popular coffee shop is faster and more friendly than a popular fast food chain next door ( mc donalds) they care about their customers more!

Lovely experience at this Starbucks. Tucked away in a corner so it didn’t seem super busy. The staff were welcoming and efficient and the store looked really clean. I didn’t order anything complicated but they were made perfectly.

I was the only person in line for 5 minutes, watched 6 employees chat and wipe down counters and blenders.Not even a hi or i'll just be a minute, felt invisible.Just left, really disappointing, what's happened to customer service.
