I bought a NEW $600.00+ Panasonic Steam Airfryer Oven through the SingClub.ca platform Monday night and picked up my order on Tuesday afternoon. Opened the packaging to check the product the same Tuesday evening and notice visible discoloration in the interior. Contacted SingClub through email the same Tuesday evening and received response Wednesday morning (today) to bring the product back to Valgear Inc. for exchange. Brought the product back for exchange the same Wednesday afternoon (today) but was refused an exchange, because according to three individuals at Valgear Inc., they could not see the defects, the problem would worsen anyways upon usage and they could not return the product back to Panasonic as the product is open box".No one at Valgear Inc. offered to contact Panasonic on their end to help resolve the matter and am being provided Panasonic Customer Care contact as I have been told that I will need to contact Panasonic Customer Care directly to follow up myself and there is nothing else the individuals at Valgear Inc. are able to do.I am very disappointed in their service and attitude to the matter and as I was instructed to take the product back for exchange

Vacuums, various cookers, kettles, toothbrushes, security systems, hair dryers, pots and pans etc. Warehouse stacked high with skid loads of products. Changes constantly. Check it out when in the market. They might have it. Also has deals on Facebook.

The costumer service are very polite and good, but they don't check refurbished products for Reselling, thanks

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - THEY DO NOT DISCLOSE HOW MUCH TIME IS REMAINING IN THE APPLE WARRANTY! I BOUGHT HEADPHONES JUNE 2018 AND THEY SAID THIS MONTH THEY ARE ALREADY OVER A 1 YEAR OLD BUT THIS WAS NOT DISCLOSED. NOW APPLE WONT COVER THE WARRANTY AND THEY COMPANY SAID THEY ONLY COVER 90 DAYS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE!!! TOTAL LOOPHOLE AND A SCAM

Stay away from this worldbond company on bestbuy marketplace (stay away from bestbuy web also), they don't deliver the item as described, they don't reply to any customer services requests, they just ignore you, and when you escalate to bestbuy, even bestbuy ignores your request.. When I finally called bestbuy customer service, they openly say it is a troubled company they receive a lot of complaints but bestbuy say there is absolutely nothing they can do for us... Stay away.

Do not buy anything from this company throught Best Buy. It is a complete fraud. Bought refurbished Beats wireless headphone off Best buy, as I already have a pair and love them. They arrived and do not work with bluetooth. Worldbond is the shipper of the product and will not refund, as they are opened. Come on, they are Refurbished, so they were open prior to me recieving them. Now I am out $200 for headphones that do not even work. Total SCAM

Acheté un clavier pour ipad (open box) via Best Buy et j'ai reçu un article cassé, clairement usagé et utilisé. La clip de plastique pour faire tenir le ipad est cassée et le ipad il ne tient pas en place. C'est très désagréable de devoir les contacter, attendre un retour.Par contre, très bon service pour le remplacement de l'item, j'ai reçu rapidement une réponse et une étiquette d'envoi et l'item de remplacement était en bon état et est arrivé très vite.Peut-être une malchance mais le contrôle de qualité devrait être améliorés. Mais en gros, je suis satisfaite du rapport qualité-prix.
