The lady behind the counter at this location named Lou was exceptionally rude to me upon arrival at the location in Lindell st in st catharines I could tell right away she was having a bad day or just had no personality. Then as my 2 yr old was running around being a typical 2 yr old she became quite rude to me. Telling me my child shouldn't run around. (This is fine to say but its a matter how you say it) then telling me her child just sits still. First of all a doubt hers is 2 yrs old if she's such an angel and can't be compared to a toddler aged 2. .This ruined our enjoyment going through pregnancy and as well as complaining to management at head office ww will.choose another location for future visits.Terrible place to visit for blood work

I had to go in to get my blood checked. It was an unplanned, spontaneous visit. I went in around 10am or so on a Friday and it was pretty empty so there wasn't really a wait time (maybe 5 minutes).The staff there was super friendly and cheerful. The nurse I had was very tentative and caring. She made it a point to make me feel comfortable and explained everything along the way.I also got an ECG done - it was pretty straight forward, no problems.It was a wonderful experience and I'll be sure to come to this location again when/if I need more blood work done. :)

This clinic doesn't care on people at all! Today is holiday weekend and according to their website they will be closed on monday, and still open on saturday from 7:30 to 12:00 noon. At least over 20 people or more were there lining up outside getting their blood work or something done. Most of us inside waited until 8:00 o'clock hoping they will still open.I woke up early today and never eat anything and drove there. Everything in these days is in the internet"

This life lab is not professional at all. The worst life lab I’ve ever experienced. Just a simple blood test, they did five times on my vessel as they couldn’t find, and keep squeezing on my vessel. If you can’t stand any pain like this, please consider alternative one. There’s no skill and professional, I’m like a real tester by trainee. I didn’t get any apologies from their stupid behaviors.Besides, the walk-in and with appointment patients are totally mixed together. I don’t understand what’s the point to make an appointment. See what’s I got from them.Stay away from this location, wisely select yours.

Always a good experience staff are helpful, friendly and professional. I check on line for wait times before going, and so far I have not had to wait.

If you can go anywhere else, do it. Extremely understaffed - been that way for years and years now, apparently the owners do not care. The facility is half the size it needs to be. You WILL be waiting, likely OUTSIDE THE BUILDING, for a very long time. Dress appropriately! Also, remember to schedule at least an extra hour or two after your scheduled time, and if you think you can come in over a lunch break, forget it. Staff is great otherwise, if obviously overworked.

Well, I went there for a blood test and returned with a terrible sting in my left arm!Firstly, I went there on a Saturday and thankfully this location is open on a Saturday from 7:30 am to 12 pm. Secondly, as expected, there was a huge queue where people had to wait outside due to social distancing. That's completely fine with me, and I totally understand the predicament of the staff as well. Finally, when I got my turn, the administrator was in a hurry (I do understand that as well!) but when they pricked the needle to get my blood sample, the pain was excruciating!I did follow their instructions before they pricked. Later, I even told them that it was painful and I've had several blood tests before, but this was the first time I experienced pain. Moreover, the most disappointing part was that they DELIBERATELY ignored my woes and just shut me up by telling me to not lift anything heavy for the next 2-4 hours and bid farewell in a jiff!Well, it's been 5 days and the pain is worsening and I can barely keep my left arm straight or do my chores.I feel as if my nerves have been partially ruptured (I know they're not, hopefully!) and I may need to see a doctor.I do not wish to negatively portray anyone, but I can't let this experience go unnoticed.

Wonderful experience. My son was having bloodwork for the first time, and the technicians were very patient and took the time to explain step by step what they were doing.
