Just wanted to share my past experiences with BCCA Employee Benefit Trust....As an Administrator for my employees, I have had to deal with STD, LTD, and overall general questions. Communication has ALWAYS been very prompt and overall just genuine in their caring for people. I have had the opportunity to join in on some of the webinars online and have shared with my employees some great tips. Would advise and refer them to any company looking for benefits, whether you have a few employees or many employees, they are always there to help!

Fantastic customer service. Laura Bonnie has been so helpful from the very beginning with setting up our team benefit package to any changes and answers to any questions that have come up. Shes so friendly, feels like a best friend although we've never met. The team is so accommodating friendly helpful and punctual. They always have great advice and direction. The company has so much to offer including incentives for us and our team, online support, webinars, construction benefiting programs and so much more. They're always available to help and support.
