The owner Andrew was very helpful with everything. Worked with me the whole way through the process, called/returned my calls no problem. really straight foward, it was very fast and reasonable priced work. i would highly recommend digital medics in davison to anyone looking for computer repair. Thanks Guys my laptop works better than ever!!

I had read another review stating that they were bad with communication. I got my MacBook fixed, they did a great job with it but just like the other review, they have a lot of opportunity to grow in the communication aspect. Chris had made it all better and hooked me up for my troubles!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Do NOT take your computer here, i was able to accomplish what they were trying to do in 45 min Vs. their 7 days. I Took my computer in on a Tuesday because i was having trouble loading Windows 8 on my SSD so i just asked them to do it. which was going to be about $100. WHAT A JOKE. (I am an advanced computer user and can figure out just about anything, but i just didn't have the time to mess around with it.) So a couple days go by and they call me on Thursday asking me a few questions and told me they were starting my computer and that my computer would be done the following day. Well Friday rolls around and at about 5:30pm (they close at 6) I still hadn't gotten a call. so i call them and ask them whats up and if my computer is done and i had just put a new motherboard and processor in my PC and apparently i had a few wires in the wrong spot on the motherboard so they told me they had to fix it ( for an actual good computer tech, this should take maybe an hour. its very simple.) with no additional charge and that they were sorry that it wasn't done and they were going to drop the price a little bit and proceeded to tell me that my computer will probably be done Saturday and if not FOR SURE Monday. No Call on saturday. So its monday and sure enough 5:30 rolls around and still no call. so i call them and ask them wheres my computer at. they said Well Chad had to re-wire your motherboard and is just now getting it put back together. and that it will without a doubt be done tomorrow" at this point Im just irritated and ticked off because what i asked them to do is SO simple. 3:00pm rolls around on Tuesday and still no phone call. so i call them and this time

excellent response time to my online inquiry. in store service was fantastic. this is my new go-to for computer and laptop repairs.

Not impressed at all and would recommend for others to find a business that cares about their clients.Not only do they not know the Apple products that they are selling (Thunderbolt display to a Cinema display), when I entered the store, there was no COVID shielding and no masks from the employees. I spoke to the employee who argued with me about the product, then he admitted he was wrong and just said sorry, I guess you can go somewhere else, during this another employee walked in the door behind me, looked at me with my mask and scoffed.Terrible customer service, no concern for pandemic health concerns ad rude.Change out your staff, or close your doors*** UPDATED 12-16-2020 after response by owner ***This was no vendetta, I have no reason for a vendetta, just a honest review.The staff DID NOT have masks on, the owner was not there to witness this and now I have to defend my review after the owner has reached out to me on Facebook messenger, wow talk about a stalker, said that my post was unfair because the item was on marketplace and his employees don't know apple products, then why sell it at your store?And then for the owner to question my review and credibility because I have more negative reviews than positive ones, sorry, I guess this just secures how terrible of a person and company that Digital Medics really is.

So very very happy with this place. My boys new computer got messed up on his birthday, took it here and he had it figured out and back to us in a little over 2 hours. I know it was just because he wasn't too busy and could fit us in but I appreciate it so so much. And they didn't charge me a arm and a leg either like geek squad would of. He made a little boys day!! Thank you very much digital meds. You made a new customer for sure.

My desktop PC failed to the point that I could not get it to start or even access the BIOS. Dropped it off with Digital Medics" and had it back in less than 24 hours as it was a relatively simple repair involving the computers CMOS.Friendly and knowledgeable service with fair prices

Took my computer in was new but not working properly. Got it home still not working right took in back in and he didn't even check it for me. Cost me $70 and no results. Went to a different place they found the problem and fixed it. Not satisfied with service.

Took my MacBook in and was well taken care of. I got my hard drive replaced and had to go back a second time for a separate hardware issue. They made sure that everything was fixed for me. I highly recommend them!

- They successfully did what I asked- Guy typing while I explained my problem and got it wrong, too busy entering ticket, wasn't listening- Had to explain again later that I wanted an upgrade to RAM; after diagnostics they thought they were done- Service with a smile" non-existent- Someone on other side of wall belched out loud while I was in the store- Took nearly 2 weeks to get my laptop back; New Years day was in the mix
