Tristen is who I worked with and he was so great, and so helpful! He had a lot of patience with me as I haven’t been through this process in years! JOHNNY!!I’ve bought my last 3 vehicles from platinum. The last 2 being from the salesman Johnny and definitely couldn’t ask for better service. I was and am currently working away in another province with minimal time off so everything was threw email and text. He provided tons of videos and and photos even crawling under the vehicle to show me things most dealerships would hope you never look at. The most current truck was but 01/01/23 he showed me all the imperfections so there were no surprises. There was a lot that needed to be done but he gotter all done. up to and including having my new truck plated insured detailed and on a car hauler sent to my door. If you need a vehicle good or bad credit make sure you ask for Johnny can say with confidence he’s the only trustworthy HONEST salesmen you’ll ever find.

So disappointed with the vehicle I got from Jonathan it’s been nothing but problems with this car. The heating system is messed it went to the shop and they changed out a couple parts didn’t even fix the problem. The heat is cold on one side and hot one the other side. Not only that the car makes a noise from the dash after you turn it on. After the fact that they had it in their shop. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership. Stay away from this dealership. The worst dealership ever. I had my car 9 months and the engine went and yes I kept up with my service. This place is ridiculous. Don’t go here!!!!

Thank you Frank and Turtle for your stellar service! I was told that I couldn't trade my Van because I don't have enough income. I told Turtle this when he called to see if I was interested in trading my van. He suggested I come talk to Frank just to see if he could help me. A week later and I drove away in a fancy, practically-new SUV thanks to Turtle's confidence and Frank's knowledgeable dedication to his customers.
