Bought a brand new tractor here, I broke a part, prepaid and ordered new parts, was told it would be about 2 weeks, back in November 2, 2022. It is now March 10 2023. I call every couple of weeks, and they keep moving the date out 2 more weeks. I've been unable to use my front loader all winter, so can't even plow my driveway.The tractor is the 60 horse Kioti, cabbed, but I find it very light duty. So if you get one baby it.I'm quite disappointed that the parts situation is this bad.

Absolutely amazing to work with Mark at Elk Island Sales. He was patient with all our questions, provided numerous quotes based on all our questions and ideas. Quick and efficient paperwork and they provided delivery for a rather chaotic schedule that we had! We will absolutely be using them again for any further attachments for a great tractor! Super easy to work with. Ordered the part over the phone and got it within a week, which was far faster than anyone else quoted. Price was comparable. Only drawback is the location. It's 30 minutes out of town so keep that in mind.

I recently went in to ask for some advice on repairing an oil seal on a gear box off a SM2410 mower deck. Next thing I know two techs were already trying to solve the issue of removing the centre pulley inorder to get to the bottom seal. This was not a simple task. Yet both decided to keep going to help me solve this issue. Not only did I NOT expect them to drop whatever they had going on to assist me, but also to get it repaired and back together for me in such a short time. I can't thank the team at Elk island enough for the service they provided me. Excellent, friendly and helpful staff!!
